CyberLink Collaborates With ASUS To Build Smart IoT / AIoT Applications



CyberLink has announced a partnership with ASUS, integrating its FaceMe AI facial recognition engine into ASUS Tinker Board 2 single board computer (SBC).

The result of a close collaboration between ASUS IoT and CyberLink’s FaceMe team, this joint solution provides out-of-the-box and fully integrated facial recognition capabilities for security, access control, visitor management and contactless experiences for retail, utilities, hospitality and Suite.

ASUS IoT Tinker Board 2 is an Arm-based single board computer that supports Android 10 operating system. Powered by Rockchip RK3399 six-core system on chip (SoC) with new 64-bit Armv8 architecture, plus Mali-T860 multicore. Tinker Board 2 offers exceptional performance, rich wired and wireless connectivity, and support for dual 4K display output, making it ideal for deployment as an out-of-the-box solution for display digital, kiosks, point of sale (POS) and access. control systems for retail, utilities, hospitality and healthcare.
